Turning
MAZAK and OKUMA CNC machine tools are equipped with driven tools, Y-axis (4-axis), bar feeders, tilting spindle / counter-spindle.

Milling
CNC vertical, horizontal, 4- and 5-axis milling centers MAZAK, OKUMA, BROTHER, DOOSAN, KOVOSVIT MAS are equipped with a workpiece probe, exchangeable clamping pallets, high-pressure cooling.

The material is divided on circular and band saws up to a maximum diameter of 300 mm.
Production is planned by an advanced planning system and controlled by a modern progressive MES system, connected to intralogistics 4.0.
The quality control of the produced production takes place according to the established standard procedures of 3D measurement on Wenzel CNC machines with a scanning head. CNC operators are equipped with digital gauges with automated transfer of measured values to the MES system.
The high degree of digitization of production reduces unproductive production time to a minimum. All production machines and technologies are equipped with digital screens with production drawings and technological instructions.
