Processing of your personal data
By filling in your personal data, ST-OS Industry sro, with its registered office at Padochovská 530/31, 664 12 Oslavany, Company ID: 494 44 531, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 12194, will become the administrator of your personal data. For the legal purpose of fulfilling the contract, we record the Delivery Address, Email, Billing Address, Name and Surname, Telephone. We further transfer this data exclusively to entities that provide certain services for us and that guarantee a high standard of protection of the processed personal data. Your personal data will be processed for the period strictly necessary for the purposes of fulfilling the purchase contract and for the period of keeping customer records. After the statutory period has expired, your personal data will be automatically deleted without compensation, and paper documents will be shredded.
Information on the processing of personal data
ST-OS Industry sro is committed to protecting the personal data you provide to us. We process the personal data you provide to us responsibly, transparently and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the Processing of Personal Data, as well as the internal Directive on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data No. OS 7.0. You are entitled to request information about the registered personal data, their correction or deletion, if they are granted on the basis of your consent. If automated processing takes place, you have the right to data portability and not to be the subject of a decision based solely on this decision. In the event of any questions and requests regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact us in writing at the address of the company's registered office.
Security of your personal data
ST-OS Industry sro is committed to the security of the personal data you provide to us. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to adequately protect your data, taking into account the seriousness of its processing. No unauthorized person has access to your personal data that we have obtained from you and we do not transfer it to other entities (except for the above-mentioned transport companies) for further processing without your consent, unless required by law or to protect our legal interests.
Right to information
You have the right to ask ST-OS Industry sro for information about what personal data we process about you, to what extent and for what purpose. We will provide you with this information free of charge within 30 days at the latest, and in exceptional situations within 90 days at the latest. We will inform you in a timely manner about any extension of the deadline in exceptional cases. If you request the disclosure of information that we have registered about you, we will first need to verify that you are indeed the person to whom this information belongs. Therefore, please provide sufficient identification of your person in your request. If necessary, we have the right to request additional information for your identification before we provide you with the personal data that we process about you. Our right is to reject requests for information that are unfounded or unreasonably repetitive, or that would require disproportionate effort to obtain, or would be difficult to obtain (typically from backup systems, archives, etc.).
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data we hold about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Based on your request, this data may be transferred to another administrator.
Update of data, right to rectification
Since personal data can change over time (e.g. change of Surname), we would be happy if you inform us that there has been a change, so that we can update your personal data and avoid possible mistakes. The submission of information about the change of data is absolutely necessary for us to be able to properly perform our activities as an Administrator. Related to this is your right to correct the personal data we record about you. If you find that our data is no longer up-to-date, you have the right to request its correction.
Objections
If you believe that we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and the Union, you have the right to raise an objection and we will subsequently check the validity of your request. At the time of objection, the processing of your personal data will be restricted until it has been verified whether the objection is justified. Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if you believe that the data recorded in this way are not accurate, or that we are processing them illegally, or if you believe that we no longer need this data for the purposes of processing it.
Right to erasure
If you have ever given us consent to the processing of your personal data (for example, an email address as part of a newsletter sent), you have the right to revoke it at any time and we are obliged to delete the data that we process solely on the basis of your consent. The right to erasure does not apply to processed data within the framework of the obligation to fulfill the contract, legal reasons or legitimate interests. If some of your data is stored in backup systems that automatically ensure the resilience of all our systems and perform the function of data loss protection in case of accidents, it is not within our power to delete this data even from the backup systems, and often it is not even technically feasible. However, this data is not further actively processed and will not be used for other processing purposes.
